Beware the insidiousness of the CDC alert levels

Institutions are linking their 'responses' to the CDC's new 'Map of Fear' which is guaranteed to trigger on minute issues

Ohio University has posted its COVID masking policy, linking it to the CDC community levels. As I warned when it first came out (although that post has since been censored by FB) it’s just yet another insidious way to push tighter restrictions, again and again based on things that sound like they might be rational, but are, in actuality, nonsense.

All of these schemes need to be removed, because they do not and never have been able to measure actual infection or spread.

Ohio University is already in the middle of a lawsuit represented by Mendenhall Law Group against exactly these mask mandates, as well as vaccine and testing mandates. Any and all such suits need support wherever they are, right now. We all know the madness is coming around again in the fall, and this is exactly how they will be doing it. We all need to understand it now, so as to not be caught flat-footed when other businesses will join in as well.
