Reminder: The FDA knew exactly what could go wrong with these injections
A throwback from the very first VRBPAC meeting on COVID-19 shots
Sometimes it’s really worth the effort to go back and look at the start of this nightmare with the knowledge we have now.
Below is slide 16 from this presentation given at the October 22, 2020 VRBPAC meeting where they discussed in depth all of the efficacy requirements and safety surveillance systems they had in place and how they would rigorously examine all that data so the public could be assured that although the process would be quick, nothing would be missed.
That’s an incredible list, especially from where we stand now. All of these adverse events have been reported by clinicians and individuals in VAERS.
And they knew all of them could be an issue ahead of time.
I also recommend that people take a quick look at how this slide was treated during the actual presentation, found here. The presenter didn’t ‘want to dwell on it’ and skipped through so fast you couldn’t read it.
I LOVE that slide, as well as the CDCs in that meeting that had covid as an adverse event....clearly they were right...at least on that!
I received this list when I got my first Pfizer. Unfortunately, I read it while I was sitting in my car at the 15 minute adverse reaction area.
